        Depending on content and past transactions, pre-payment may be requested.
        Please let us know if you require a certain billing period due to your company's accounting policies.

  • Reservation Fees

Upon accaptance of your application for interpreting service, please transfer the appropriate reservation fee.
The Reservation Fee schedule can be found in #5 on the Order Process page.


  • Cancellation Fees


A cancellation fee will be required for any project cancelled less than six (6) days of the scheduled date according to the chart below.

Cancellation on the day prior to or the day of the scheduled project 100% of Standard Price
Cancellation within five (5) days of the scheduled project
   30% of Standard Price
*Cancellations are only accepted between 10:00 and 19:00 on weekdays

* Cancellations made more than six (6) days prior to a scheduled project shall not require a cancellation fee
   However, please be aware that the application fee is non-refundable

* Cancellation charges shall also apply in case of sudden change of schedule, etc. where it becomes impossible to dispatch the
scheduled interpreter and Samurai Interpreters shall not be held responsible for non-performance of services due to force majeure, etc.


  •  Attachment 1:  Travel Charges


In the case that the venue is held in an area which requires the interpreter to travel,
additional charges for time spent in activities other than interpreting shall be added to the Standard Price according to the calculations below.

(1) for time required for travel on a day with no interpreting

  • Attachment 2-1: Accomodation / Meals / Allowance

(1) When interpreter is responsible for all costs

{International} Outside Japan / per day
(1) When the interpreter is responsible for all costs

  • Attachment 2-2: Traveling Expenses

Domestic / International
(1) Round trip air fare and/or train fare to the place where the meeting is held
(2) Any bus/taxi fares incurred at the meeting site
(3) In case of International travel, Overseas Travel Accident Insurance (standard shall be +5000 yen per week)
